King Santo Hill declared himself King after Morris Seaworth declared himself King of the seas.
He is the son of King Carlo Hill
He has one brother, Gianni Hill.
He has three sisters, Bianca Hill, Rosa Hill and Gianna Hill.
His mother is Queen Sandra Kinniard.
He begins the story in Wintergate with his his family for the crowning of Duchess Aveline Stromworth. He returns to King's Castle after his fathers death. When Morris Seaworth declares himself King, Santo does the same. He flees King's Castle with his family and royal guard when it falls to Aveline Stromworth.
While on the run, Lord Commander Tevin Spring kills King Santo.
